Hosting at Wildsong
Thank you for considering hosting your gathering at Wildsong! Our availability is shown in the calendar below. Here are our rates for 2025. Minimum base rental of the main lodge for 3 nights stay for up to 14 occupants (including guests, facilitators, staff).

Additional weekday nights: $840 per night + 5% County Room Tax = $882
Additional overnight guests (above the 14 already included): $270 per guest per 3-day weekend, $80 per guest per additional nights
Additional day visitor: $30 per guest per day (between 10am and 6pm)
Mid-week discount: 25% discount if your rental starts and finishes entirely between Monday and Thursday of the same week
Public holiday surcharge: If your rental is during a holiday long weekend, there will be an additional charge of $600-$1500 depending on the holiday.
Additional cleaning fees per rental
- Yurt: $200
- Belle tent: $150 per tent
We can also connect you with additional services (chefs, masseuse, guided meditations, nature walks, etc.). Just let us know what you need in your booking enquiry.
